Awesome site!! Well, I'm completely new
to photography, but I'm getting very interested, very fast. I took this pic
with my Sony Camcorder. It only has 1 megapixel capturing capability but I'm
seriously looking at the new Canon 10D. I just did
a little touch up to remove a reflection of a pickup from the right side of
the picture.

Enjoying your website. I am a visually
limited (considered legally blind) person who has a passion for digital
photography/imaging. I delight in photographing the world as I see it. The
picture attached was taken by me on a recent journey down to South Street
Sea Port in N.Y.C. where my wife and I go for a leisurely lunch, then sit
on the dock and marvel at the beautiful scenery. Here is a picture I took
of the Brooklyn Bridge. As you know, NYC security is at a heightened alert
as evidenced by the police boat in the lower right of the photo. I shot this
picture with a Sony DSCH 717 and just did a bit of Photoshop 7
touch ups such as levels and dodging. I love
photography and taking pictures of the world the way it appears to me.

Came across your website while surfing
for digital photography info. I've been an amateur photographer for years and
got my first digital camera last year. I found a lot of useful information on
your site. I also enjoyed seeing photos taken by others on your Visual Guest
Book. Great idea! Here's my submission, one of my first shots with my Fuji
FinePix 4900Z in macro mode. Enjoy!

Hi. I luv your site! Here are a couple
of my pics taken with Canon Power Shot G1. They were taken at Crystal Gardens
in Victoria, BC Canada on our vacation 2 years ago. Victoria is my home town
and Crystal Gardens used to be a swimming pool until they turned it into a
tropical atrium where you can see all kinds of parrots, monkeys, plants, etc.
One of the best spots to visit while there!

I came across your website and really
appreciate your photo tips. I took this picture
while taking a Spring walk at Susquehanna State Park in Maryland. It really
composed itself and I think the results were great. I used a Nikon 4500
camera on a macro setting.

I'm enclosing a picture I took during
a recent trip to Death Valley National Park. This shot was taken in the
Artists Palette area about 10 miles south of Furnace Creek. The picture was
taken with a Canon S45 using the auto mode and was enhanced slightly using
PhotoStudio5 by ArcSoft.
